Warranty Policy:

cybertech store only sells and markets 100% original products, we have agreements with authorized service workshops for each of the products we handle in our store, therefore we transmit the guarantee that these manufacturing companies provide to us as a trade to our clients.

The product purchased is a high-tech piece, as it integrates a series of technological functionalities and as such requires certain minimum handling requirements for its correct operation. The warranty period for this product is 1 year from the date of purchase. It is the customer's obligation to carefully check the device when it is received.   7. LCD, touch screens and flexes do not have a warranty given their delicate nature.

  8. The accessories included with the phone or other product such as hands-free, charger, USB cable, power cable and batteries have a one-month warranty.

  9. The warranty does not cover loss of information of any kind or damage to hardware caused by lack of protection.

  10. When a device is received for warranty application, we are not responsible for the information, programs, installed applications, contacts or any other type of software and/or content within it nor do we commit to making backups.

  11. For those points that are not clarified in this document, the Law for Effective Consumer Protection and Defense of the Republic of Costa Rica will be used as a reference.

  12.
